Shareddd is an online service that lets organisers collect photos and videos of their event via a QR code or link, and moderate, display and download that content. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens through your events. Do not use the service for unlawful content or purposes; we may close events or accounts that do.
Current prices are on the pricing page and include VAT. Memory is a one-time payment per event; Studio is a monthly or yearly subscription collected automatically via Mollie until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your settings — immediately or at the end of the paid period. Amounts already paid are not refunded unless required by law.
Content remains the property of its creators/uploaders. Uploaders grant the organiser permission as described in the consent screen. As organiser, you warrant that you use content lawfully. We only receive the technical licence needed to provide the service (storing, resizing, displaying, AI selection).
Content is automatically deleted after your plan's retention period (see the pricing page). Download your content in time; once deleted it cannot be recovered.
"Unlimited" means unlimited for normal event use. In cases of extreme or improper use we will contact you before taking measures.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid Shareddd in the 12 months before the incident. We are not liable for indirect damages or for content posted by uploaders.
We may change these terms and the service; significant changes will be announced. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
